50 Cent - We Up Feat. Kendrick Lamar [Alternative Version]

50 Cent is finally coming back with great songs. Teaming up with Kendrick Lamar and replacing Kidd Kidd's verse from the original 'We Up' to add an extra 50 verse. He gives us a new alternative version of 'We Up' to make an already good song, better. I guess that's what happens when you add more 50 to a track just like the old, and you just can't take Kendrick off a track these days, I'm still yet to hear any Kendrick Lamar that I don't like.
So Listen and Enjoy!

Jhené Aiko - Aritist To Look Out For In 2013
Now I have not heard much from Jhené Aiko but from the songs I have been able to hear she looks to be a female R&B singer to look forward to in 2013.
She is currently signed to No I.D.'s record label Artium distributed through Def Jam Recordings.
In 2011 Jhene released her mixtape called 'Sailing Souls'. The mixtape displayed not only her talents for singing but her talents for song writing with the majority of the songs bar the exception of a few, written by herself. The mixtape showcased her beautiful soulful voice accompanied with features from Drake, Kanye West, Miguel, Gucci Mane and Kendrick Lamar. Definitely worth listening to, you will be able to make you own mind up and discover how promising she really is. The mixtape is available off her official website, JheneAiko.com so check it out!
Jhene Aiko - My Mine (Off 'Sailing Souls Mixtape)
Being signed with No I.D. will allow her to collaborate with the rest of Cocaine 80s, and we can expect they will also be featured on her upcoming Def Jam debut album, 'Souled Out'. Jhene looks to be definitely someone to look out for in the future, with her soulful singing style and her ability to write songs, 2013 is the year to look out for her. Especially with her new album on the horizon and the team up with the Cocaine 80s we may see in her own words, 'the female voice of the group'.
I will leave you guys with the most recent track I have heard from Jhene Aiko 'Everything Must Go'. So listen and enjoy she is sure to be a success and lets see what you guys think.

Video: Timeflies - Skyfall & Stay
So back again from the long time away from the blog, I had to return some day and that's today.
So first things first after hearing a unique take on Adele's Skyfall by Timeflies this video had to be posted.
Every time I hear a Timeflies song I am always left impressed, so much so I actually look forward till the next one.
Bringing the likes of dance, hip hop and the electro genres together Rob (The Producer) and Cal (The Vocalist) work so well together. Creating a rare and unique style to their music. I have always found Timeflies great to listen to and this is going back a few years. Ever since I heard their first album The Scotch Tape and heard their song 'Fade' I had it on repeat for a months, which most of my friends would tell you if they ever came in my car. I have been a fan.
This group never disappoint and thanks to Timeflies Tuesdays they have managed to keep their growing fan base happy with the release of NEW GOOD MUSIC regularly.
All I can say is that if you like good music and can appreciate a new take on combining genres like hip hop, dance, electro and dubstep then it's time to start listening to something new and Timeflies fall into all these categories.
And if you need more convincing I have added the newest Timeflies Tuesday release below. Their own spin on Rihanna's Stay which is again excellent.
So start listening and enjoying!
